The CountLogs application offers a practical solution for efficiently counting stacks of logs, timber, posts, and dowels directly from a mobile device. Users can simply launch the app, capture an image of the desired stack, and initiate the counting process with a single press of the “Count” button.

Employing sophisticated computer vision technology, CountLogs assigns unique numerical tags to each log identified within the image, facilitating straightforward verification and documentation of results. The system allows users to review the counts easily and make necessary adjustments to the tags to ensure data accuracy.

The application is available free of charge for initial testing, permitting users to count up to ten logs per image. When ready for broader application, users can create an account within the app and select a subscription plan aligned with their expected volume of logs per image.

CountBlogs leverages machine learning algorithms to accurately recognize and enumerate logs. If images provided by users differ significantly from those on which the model was trained, it may be necessary to develop a custom Counting Template tailored to specific log types.
